Event Registration

Please Complete the following 2 steps:

1. Complete the IBTA Participation and Non-Disclosure Agreement

• IBTA Plugfest NDA_Apil 2010

Sign and return via fax to 503-644-6708 Attn: IBTA Administration

2. Complete the Registration Form

• For Device Vendors – Complete the Device Vendor Registration Form
  • Right Click and Save As
    
    
• Vendors of HCAs, TCAs, and/or Switches are required to complete IL Compliance Testing prior to the Plugfest. Follow this Link for pre-testing requirements and directions.
  
  
• Device Vendors who are also participating in the OFA Interop Event only need to complete one registration form for both events.
  
  
• Please Note: Delivery of device firmware is required one (1) week prior to the Interop Event. Please complete the section to add "firmware filename" to your registration form for each device. This filename should be the same as the firmware that will be placed on the UNH-IOL ftp site.
  
  
• OFA Event Participants must sign the OFA Charter Acceptance Letter, if they have not already done so, and fax to: 603-608-1069

• For Cable Vendors – Complete the Cable Vendor Registration Form
  • Right Click and Save As

Return all registration documents by email to: ibta_plugfest@soft-forge.com.
